setChatTtl(client, chatId, period): Promise<void>
Set maximum Time-To-Live of all newly sent messages in the specified chat
Parameters
- client: ITelegramClient
- chatId: InputPeerLike
  Chat ID
- period: number
  New TTL period, in seconds (or 0 to disable)
Returns Promise<void>
