Get information about multiple users. You can retrieve up to 200 users at once.
Parameters
- client: ITelegramClient
- ids: MaybeArray<InputPeerLike>
  Users' identifiers. Can be ID, username, phone number, "me", "self" or TL object
Returns Promise<(User | null)[]>
The list of users in the same order as the input
