  ID of the managed bot

• params: { restricted: boolean; users?: InputPeerLike[] }

  • restricted: boolean

    Whether access to the bot should be restricted to its owner and users

  • Optionalusers?: InputPeerLike[]

    Users that can use the bot in addition to its owner (replaces the current list)
