Check whether a username can be used for a new bot (e.g. when creating it via createBot)
Parameters
- client: ITelegramClient
- username: string
  Username to check (must end with bot, unless additional is set)
- Optionalparams: { additional?: boolean }
  - Optionaladditional?: boolean
    Whether to check the username for use as an additional username (see addBotUsername)
Returns Promise<boolean>
