Accept, hide, convert or delete a star gift.
Parameters
- client: ITelegramClient
- params: { action: "delete" | "save" | "hide" | "convert"; gift: InputStarGift }
  - action: "delete" | "save" | "hide" | "convert"
    Action to perform on the gift.
    
    save - save the gift to your profile
    
    hide - hide the gift from your profile
    
    convert - convert the gift to stars (can't be undone)
    
    delete - delete the gift without receiving stars for it (can't be undone)
  - gift: InputStarGift
    Input star gift to accept
Returns Promise<boolean>
Whether the action was successful
